Information you provide voluntarily

We use the names, contact details, company information and messages you submit to manage enquiries and business relationships. If you apply to work with us, we also process your answers and CV to assess your application. Required fields are identified in each form. Please provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

We process requests to discuss products or services in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where a form asks for your consent, we use the information for the stated purpose on that basis. We may also retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations. We do not use an enquiry as consent for unrelated marketing.

Optional AI and voice tools

If you choose “Help me write it”, your draft is sent to an AI service to prepare a suggested edit. If you use the microphone, your recording is sent to a transcription service to turn speech into text. These tools are optional; you can write and send a message without using them.

Storage, service providers and security

Contact requests and applications are stored using our hosting and data-processing service providers. Providers supporting hosting, email delivery, analytics (such as Google Analytics, used only after consent) or optional AI tools may process the information needed to deliver those services. We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data; no online system can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal obligations. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, by emailing contact@launch4.io. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Your device and external websites

Product preferences and an unfinished contact draft may be saved in your browser. They do not require an account. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored browser data. Optional analytics preferences can be changed on the cookie settings page.

Our services are intended for business users. Minors should not submit personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy and cookie policies.
