Regulatory delays
Changes that take months to propagate across systems and teams.
From deep R&D to deployable infrastructure. How technology earns its place in the real world.
Launch4 was created within FMIT Group to address a recurring challenge faced by many organisations: having the right tools, data, and talent, yet struggling to make them work together. Based in Málaga, Spain, Launch4 designs digital systems that enable coordination at scale.
Changes that take months to propagate across systems and teams.
Disruptions where systems react at different speeds.
Issues that remain invisible until they affect planning or compliance.
Across industries, organisations invested heavily in tools, platforms, and data infrastructure. Teams were skilled and processes were defined, yet alignment across systems remained fragile, especially under pressure or change.
Launch4 was created to close that gap. Not by replacing existing ecosystems, but by connecting them, building digital foundations that allow operations, data, and decisions to move in sync.
The world grows complex: more regulation, more pressure to act without breaking what works. And the companies have to be there.
Launch4 became a startup when three roles: strategy, product, and marketing aligned around a shared decision. We need to deliver this potential to those places where they need it and finally make it real.
For its first two years, Launch4 operated as an R&D unit within FMIT Group, led by engineers and technical specialists focused on innovation and building strong bridges between technologies.
In that initial phase, the team designed and delivered four digital solutions, turning complex technical challenges into scalable, practical products that reflect Launch4’s innovation-first DNA.
The best part of Launch4 is the mix; serious technical depth, constant learning, and a bias for execution.
Launch4 is an early-stage startup. The environment organisations operate in is becoming more complex, fragmented and interdependent. We’re building for that reality, not for yesterday’s processes.
We analyse sector dynamics to spot friction, bottlenecks and coordination gaps.
We run narrowly scoped pilots with clear success criteria and a rollout plan.
We will keep building production-ready technology, reliable and designed to integrate with the real world.
We are open to initiatives, joint opportunities and partnerships. Building and delivering together.
Getting technology adopted means understanding the language of the people who will use it, not just the engineers who build it.
